There’s no place like home…

Especially if it’s a mouldering ruin. Or a pristine suburban salt box that hides dark secrets. Or maybe it’s just the dimly understood place in someone’s heart. These are the things that fascinate me and which I attempt to explore in my writing.

Hello. I’m C. F. Linnds, a compulsive reader and late-to-the-party writer.

I especially love psychological|domestic thrillers and horror. Based in the northwestern US,  I live with my artist husband and two cats: no more, no less.

Books have brought me refuge, joy, excitement, insight, and terror. I firmly believe books are magic. How else can you feel so close to people who don’t really exist?
